Project

Project management helps businesses plan, schedule, report, and collaborate effectively. Project management can increase productivity and prevent errors.

1. Project Management

1.1 Leads | Projects

Click on Leads | Projects.

You will be directed to the New Project/lead page to Fill out the necessary information for a new project.

Click Create Draft to save the details.

1.2 List

Click on List.

You will be directed to the project page; which will display the list of the projects you have created.

1.2.1 Project Management Details

You will be directed to the Project Management Details page by clicking any REF name.

You will be allowed to send mail, modify, clone, and delete project details.

1.2.2 Customer Information Details

You will be directed to the Project Management Details page by clicking any Third-party name.

You will be allowed to delete and edit customer details by choosing the option from the top right .

Transactions

Click on transaction.

You can view all the transactions along with the Date, Document Type, Invoice No/Ledger No, Bill Amount, Amount receive, and Remaining Balance.

You can view vendor invoice details by clicking on Invoice No./Ledger No.

Task/Activities

Click on Task/Activities.

You can view customer’s tasks, meetings, and calls under open and closed activities.

Contacts/Addresses

Click on Contacts/Addresses.

You can find customer contact information in the table, including names, job positions, addresses, and default contact and status.

Click on the button located on the table. Fill out the necessary information in the form provided.

If you want to add a new contact, click on thebutton, fill out the required information in the form, and then click on the "Add" button to save the new contact.

Contract-Follow

Click on Contract-follow.

It allows you to see a list of the contracts that you manage.

Customer

Click on Customer.

It allows you to see the customer's details including proposals, orders, and invoices.

Clicking on the options and filling out the forms here will allow you to create proposals, orders, contracts, invoices, and interventions.

Vendor

Click on vendor.

It allows you to see the vendor details including price request, orders, and invoices.

Clicking on the options and filling out the forms here will allow you to create price requests, orders, and, invoices.

Projects

Click on projects.

You are directed to view the overview of all projects they were involved in.

By clicking on the Ref., you can view the project details.

Expenses

Click on expenses.

It allows you to view the complete list of third-party expenses.

By clickingThirdpart Expenses , You can create new third-party expenses on the system.

Related items

Click on Related items.

You can access a list of products and services by searching for vendor proposals, purchase orders, invoices, interventions, contracts, and commercial proposals.

Payment information

Click on Payment information.

You can access a list of all the payment details you made.

Tickets

Click on Payment Tickets.

It allows you to access the list of all raised tickets and details of customers.

Notification

Click on Notification.

It allows you to access the list of all active subscriptions, list of all automatic email notifications sent.

Notes

Click on Notes.

It allows you to view public and private notes, you can add your comments by clicking edit notes and clickingModifyto save the notes.

Linked Files

Click on the Linked Files.

It allows you to access the list of all attached documents and Linked files.

You can easily upload any document by Choose Files selecting the file and clicking Upload.

Event/Agenda

Click on Event/Agenda.

It allows you to view the list of all events.

You can create new events and manage existing ones.

1.3 List open Leads

Click on List open Leads.

It shows you a filtered list of only open leads added to the system.

Click New Project, to proceed to create a new Lead.

1.4 List of Open Projects

It shows the complete list of open projects added to the system.

You can create a new project by clicking onNew Projectwhich will lead you to a form where you can fill in all the necessary details.

1.5 Statistics

Click on Statistics.

You will be directed to the dashboard of statistics on projects or leads that provide valuable insights into the performance of your business.

By using the filters provided, you can customize the statistics to suit your needs. You can select a specific third party, and year to view the relevant data.

1.6 Tasks/activities

It allows you to view the list of all Tasks and activities.

1.6.1 New Task

Click on New to Create New tasks/activities.

It directs you to a form where you can fill in the required details and then click on Add.

1.6.2 List

Clicking on List shows you the list of all Tasks/ Activities.

1.6.3 Statistics

Clicking on statistics allows you to view the analysis of the range of tasks added in a simple scientific approach.

1.7 Settings

Tags and Categories.

Click on the new tags/categories.

You will be able to create and categorize the project for ease of access.

You can select a color and category to label your projects. Then click Create to save the details.

1.7.1 Vendor Proposal Statistics

Clicking on vendor proposal statistics shows the analytics of the vendor proposals in a simple scientific approach.

1.8 Time Spent

Clicking on Time Spent shows the total data of time the user has spent on the project to complete.

You can view the data by month, week and day.
