With this feature, if you are not satisfied with our product and service at our second attempt to solve your issue. You will then return our product and get refund within 48 hours after the product reach us back.     In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have the these details.   • When Will You Get Back Your Money
  • The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product(s) the money will be directly credited to your bank account . Please Note: Shipping charges is not refundable. Typically the refund process is completed within 48 hrs from time of refund initiation.
